Catfish
Our signature dish is Farm Raised Catfish. We use only fresh farm raised catfish selected for mild flavor and superior texture, dusted in seansoned cormeal and deep fried golden brown.
Smoothies
Our famous smoothies are made from fresh fruits and 100 percent crushed fruit concentrates. They are loaded with vitamins, minerals and antioxidants, fat-free, lactose free, with no artificial flavors, perservatives, or colors
